CATL, Ant Group and HelloRide Enter into Strategic Partnership on Green and Intelligent Travel
On 10th April, CATL, Ant Group and HelloRide inked a strategic partnership agreement, under which the three parties will dedicate themselves to extensive collaboration pivoting on four dimensions - green and intelligent travel, digital technology, green operations and green investment- based on their respective key advantages like digital technology, new energy technology and shared travel ecosystem development, with the intention to accelerate the development of the new energy sector, while building a comprehensive industry ecosystem.
As the focus of this strategic cooperation, the three parties will carry out in-depth collaboration in the field of green and intelligent mobility, including intelligent driving, the development of a comprehensive new energy travel service platform, and the establishment of an aftermarket service system for new energy batteries. In addition, the three parties will also promote the application and commercialization of key areas through methods such as establishing joint ventures.
